WARBY PARKER: Q3 SALES UP 10.4% TO $244.7 MILLION, INTELLIGENT EYEWEAR PRE-ORDERS OPEN NOVEMBER 12

Warby Parker reported third-quarter sales of $244.7 million, up 10.4% year-on-year, as the New York-based eyewear brand continues to expand its retail footprint and prepares to enter the intelligent eyewear category. Active customers increased 3% to 2.74 million on a trailing 12-month basis, while average revenue per customer climbed 6.7% to $342. The company opened 12 new stores during the quarter, bringing its total to 364 locations, and is targeting 50 new openings for the full year. Net income was $5.6 million, down slightly from $5.9 million in the prior-year quarter. "We delivered double-digit revenue growth in Q3, with Adjusted EBITDA exceeding our guidance," said CFO Adrian Mitchell. "Our profitability reflects disciplined execution across the business, and we're maintaining that focus through the remainder of the year as we enter 2027 with significant financial flexibility." The bigger bet is on technology. Pre-orders for Warby Parker's first intelligent eyewear collection begin November 12, with deliveries expected during the holiday season. The launch is expected to make a modest contribution to full-year revenue, but signals a long-term pivot into AI-enabled wearable fashion. "There's a tremendous amount happening across Warby Parker, from rolling out Warby Parker Care to expanding our retail footprint to launching our first Intelligent Eyewear collection," said co-founder and co-CEO Neil Blumenthal. "We're continuing to expand our products and services, build on the investments we've made over many years, like exams and insurance, and find new ways to serve our customers. In an uneven optical environment, we're staying focused on what we can control, while pursuing opportunities we believe can drive meaningful growth for years to come." Full-year 2026 revenue guidance was narrowed to $966–976 million, representing growth of approximately 11–12%, with adjusted EBITDA reaffirmed at $117–119 million.
